Half of respondents said that they felt let down by their providers efforts to try to understand the cause of their symptoms.
90% received their results earlier or when expected
9 out of 10 customers were pleased to receive their results when expected or even sooner than they anticipated, giving them the tools they need to address their symptoms as soon as possible.

Over 80% of those surveyed said they would be recommending us to any friends they have that are living with similar or other symptoms.
